Return policy
Due to the perishable nature of matcha, we are unable to accept returns for these products. However, your satisfaction is important to us! If there are any issues with your matcha or if you received an incorrect order, please reach out to us at infopandasmatcha@gmail.com within seven days of receiving your package. We’ll do our best to make things right and help you discover something you’ll enjoy.
We accept returns or exchanges for defective or unused items (excluding matcha). If you received a faulty product, we’re committed to resolving the issue promptly. However, we are unable to process returns for used accessories that functions as intended. All eligible non-matcha items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Online purchases can only be returned by mail. While we do not offer exchanges for matcha-related accessories, refunds may be applied toward future purchases.
To initiate a return, please email us at infopandasmatcha@gmail.com with your order number, name, the reason for the return, and the item(s) and quantity you wish to return. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order was damaged during shipping, we’re happy to provide a replacement. We may request a photo of the damaged product and packaging to help improve our shipping process and work with our delivery partners. Be sure to include your original order number and the best address for receiving the replacement.
